Painting a life

this world has enough population. there are enough children in this world, our next generation. many of those children has no parents. i am thinking of getting adopted children. so that i can help them get what they deserve as a human being, having a family, and social contact with others.

every one start this life as a blank canvas. it's up to the painter to paint them with some colorful paint. nice strokes of the brush will draw what the painters want. the result will be depends on every material they use, the quality of the canvas, the softness and the thickness of the brush, the color and the quality of the paint. it's also depends on the ability of the painters to paint it beautifully.

some painters have the skills, some still needs to learn. but they keep on painting. some painters don't have the stuff they need to create what they want, they use the available tool, whatever they have, they keep painting.

with a good canvas, you can paint better than a cheap one. but with good skills, it doesn't matter. doesn't matter what size of the canvas, it will be depends on what you want to paint. small size will be enough to draw something beautiful. to have more dramatic paint, bigger size is nice, but not always better.

you need to choose the correct paint, the correct color, the correct pigment. you have to know what color you need, n what can you have. when you don't have the color you need, you can try mixing the color you have to get it.

some painters are better than the others. some was born with the skills, some still need to learn. but it doesn't stop them from painting.

once the paint is done, some painters want to sell them. they want to have an appreciation of what they've created, with money in return. some are keeping it, they are too attached to the paint, with the process they've been through painting it. n when they do keep it, some put it in the living room, or in the dining room for people to see. some will keep it in the attic or in private room, so that they can keep it to them selves.

whatever you paint, paint well. take your time, but don't take too long. whether you paint it for commercial use or just for your self, just enjoy it.

my cousin once said, "don't you wanna have your own children? to have a pretty n educated children?". i don't think we have to have our own children. others are not so lucky that they don't have a parents. why don't we help those in need?

Banyak anak banyak rejeki

"Banyak anak banyak rejeki", that's what 'they' say..
they here refers to Javanese people.

i believe it though, if your kids are cows (or any livestock that you can sell/eat). what i just said may seems rude, but that's what i think of it.

how can you say that having a lot of kids will bring you a lot of fortune?
maybe it's true if your kids are your employee that will help your business.
or all your kids won a lottery n share it with you.
or you sell your kids??? (let's hope not)

even if they are the source of your fortune, don't you think you need to raise them first? n teach then to not forget you when they are wealthy enough?

as a parent we should raise our children unconditionally. never think of getting an advantage out of them. well, that's a good parent.

have kids when you think you are ready, n be responsible for it. some people might just think that having children is a must, an obligation as a married couple, a duty as a human being to reproduce, continuing their family line, passing through their DNA. n maybe also to teach their children what they believe (political views, religion, etc), so that what they believed in will remain, also for the next generation.

when i tell people that i don't wanna have kids yet, what they say in response will be vary depends on what they believed in.

for now i don't wanna have kids, maybe later but not in very near future. but for now, no. there are enough people in this world, enough children. this world is full of them. especially in the country i come from, Indonesia. it's so everywhere.
